Close All and Save All Word 2007 Hotkey!

Yesterday I wrote an article called Save All and Close All Commands in Word Including MS Word 2007. In this article I showed you how to add the Close All and Save All buttons to your toolbar.

But there is also a way that I didn’t think of but Erik Mulder did think of it. Erik send me an e-mail with a pointer that it is possible to add a hotkey and it works practically in the same way as yesterdays tutorial.

 

Follow these steps if you want to create a hotkey for the Close All and Save All commands.

Create a Shortcut to Open Microsoft Word With Out a Blank Page.

The next Word Tip and Trick was submitted a while ago in the article about Microsoft Word’s 30 most used keyboard combinations/shortcuts and hotkeys . Steve Roberts asked me here if I knew an option for opening Microsoft 2007 without a blank page. I didn’t know a solution immediately but Steve found a solution for it pretty quick.

 

If you want to create a shortcut to open Microsoft Word with out a blank page you’ll need to do this.
